1. Understanding Your Past – everything we believe is just our perception. There is no right or wrong perception, we just perceive. But those perceptions flavour or taint how we experience life. They act like little filters and they create our beliefs and our judgments. Because of our beliefs or judgments, we create our illnesses or diseases. So the things we perceive through our 5 senses are the things that have brought you to where you are right now.
2. Believing in Possibility – the mindset that got you where you are right now is not what will get you to a better place. It’s critical therefore that you get clear on how you can shift your mindset so that you come from a place of abundance to get to a different place. Understand that where there is hope, there is possibility. Where there is possibility, there is the ability to take the tiniest positivity and nurture it till it becomes a tangible, genuine way forward. Trust that.
3. Opening to a Different Way – attract the health you want by opening your mind to become receptive to an alternative method of healing, a more “whole” or “complete” way – a holistic way.
4. Stepping into Big Belief – once you have truly accepted and integrated steps 1, 2 and 3, you can start to cross the bridge from where you are now to your vision of what’s possible so you can really start to believe.
5. Stepping into Big Shifts – once you really believe it, you are ready to make big shifts that you can really feel.
